Ashley Varona: AEMP, L.AC 

Ashley received her Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the prestigious Bastyr University, located in the greater Seattle area. She is licensed in the state of Washington and is NCCAOM board certified in Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. 

Ashley began her residency at the Acupuncture and Wellness Center in Poulsbo, WA in 2022. She is an enthusiastic adherent to the DNA ACUPUNCTURE® and Medical Pulse Diagnosis (MPD) techniques – advanced methods developed by world renowned teacher and practitioner, Bob Doane.  

Ashley treats a wide range of health concerns, including a variety of pain conditions, stress, insomnia, anxiety, depression, digestive disorders, peripheral neuropathy, respiratory and circulatory problems, and gynecological issues. Ashley also proudly offers comprehensive facial rejuvenation and cosmetic acupuncture treatments utilizing the latest technology combined with ancient wisdom. 

Educating patients on diet and lifestyle factors is one of the cornerstones of Ashley’s approach to helping patients to better align with their health goals and to thrive. It is through cultivating positive, compassionate, and empowering relationships that Ashley helps her patients to achieve their health transformation. 

Ashley truly feels it is an honor to provide guidance and loving care to each unique individual she meets, and it is her utmost intent to provide the relief, support, and advocacy necessary for the healing journey.

Ashley is a Southern California native with a degree in fine arts from University of San Francisco. In 2017, she moved to the Pacific Northwest where she now resides with the loves of her life – her amazing husband Danny, and precious daughter Luna. She loves spending quality time with family, traveling the globe, and enjoying the great outdoors.
