1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. With a knife of kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems. Tear into bite sized pieces. Wash and dry kale with a salad spinner, or wring out in a paper towel.

Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, about 10 to 15 minutes.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tab][/vc_tabs][/vc_column][/vc_row]
