Personal Note

I joined the AWC team in May of 2019, bringing with me over 20 years of experience in private practice and nine years in corporate wellness. I am excited to have recently moved back to the Poulsbo area where I grew up! Before arriving here, I managed a successful integrative massage practice in Seattle. I later moved to Brooklyn, NY, where I developed and ran a groundbreaking Corporate Wellness Program at Alvarez and Marsal Global Financial Consulting. I most recently lived and practiced in the SF/Bay Area while becoming certified in acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, and medical qigong.

In my free time, I sing jazz vocals, dance, hike, and practice yoga as much as possible. I’m into cooking and adventures in nature. I also love to practice and teach qigong and meditation, so if any of you are interested in forming a practice group, please let me know. I welcome any suggestions about what’s fun to do in the Pacific NW these days so I can discover it all over again!

Yours In Health,

Meg
